Services
Start small. See results. Then decide what's next.
Every engagement starts with an audit, so you never buy a big project on faith. The roadmap tells you exactly what I'd build, what it costs, and what it saves before you commit to anything.
Practice Audit
Fixed fee, 2-3 weeksI interview you and your key staff, get read-only access to your systems, and map how work actually flows through the practice: leads, client service, marketing, and where AI could responsibly help.
What you get: A written roadmap ranked by impact, split into changes you can make yourselves and projects I can build, each with a fixed quote.
Automation Builds
Fixed price per projectProjects from your roadmap, built in your systems with the tools you already pay for. Everything is documented and your team is trained on it.
What you get: Working automations you own outright, documentation, and a trained team. Typical projects run from a single workflow to a full lead-to-CRM pipeline.
Ongoing Partner
Monthly, after a buildA fractional operations and technology lead for firms that want one: I maintain what we built, add new automations as the practice grows, and coach your team on AI.
What you get: Priority support, a monthly working session, and a practice that keeps getting more automated instead of drifting back to manual.
Where I help
Lead pipeline & CRM automation
Website forms, scheduling links, and referrals flow into your CRM automatically: tagged, tracked, and assigned with follow-up tasks. No manual entry, no lead slips through.
Client service automation
Annual reviews scheduled on time, meeting prep tasks created automatically, service work that happens because a system fires, not because someone remembered.
Marketing systems
Email and text nurture, prospecting tools, and attribution so you know which marketing actually produces clients.
AI adoption with guardrails
Practical AI training and workflows for your team, designed to respect compliance from day one. What works in an advisory practice, minus the hype.
Vendor decisions
Independent help choosing, configuring, and cancelling tools. I take no referral fees from any vendor, so the advice is only ever for you.
What it's like to work with me
Big picture first, then brutally specific
Every engagement starts with where you're going, and ends in exact workflows, owners, and dates. You get both altitudes, never just one.
Visuals over memos
I diagram everything: your lead flow, your service calendar, the before and after. If a picture can't explain it, I haven't understood it yet.
Direct language, no consultant-speak
You will never receive a synergy deck from me. You'll hear what's broken, what it costs you, and what I'd do about it, in plain words.
Everything written down
Every automation I build comes with documentation your team can actually follow. If I disappeared tomorrow, nothing I built would become a mystery.
Fair questions
Do you give investment advice?
No. I hold a Series 65 and work inside an advisory practice, so I speak your language and respect your constraints. But Bedrock is strictly technology and operations consulting: I never touch investment strategy, portfolio decisions, or client recommendations, and your firm keeps full responsibility for its own compliance review.
How do fees work?
Fixed fees, agreed before work starts. No hourly billing, so you never pay more because something took longer, and no surprise invoices.
Do you take vendor commissions?
Never. No referral fees, no affiliate revenue, no reseller margin. When I recommend a tool, the only person paying me is you.
What tools do you work with?
The ones you already have. Recent work includes Wealthbox, Zapier, Calendly, Levitate, Nitrogen, Asset-Map, and Rixtrema, plus modern AI tools. If your stack is different, the patterns transfer.
Will this disrupt my team?
The audit needs a few hours of interviews. Builds happen in the background with check-ins you schedule. The goal is to remove work from your team's plate, not add a project to it.
